Jenna Winters - Chesapeake Film Festival

Filmmaker Jenna Naranjo Winters shares the story behind Dream Touch Believe, the opening film of this year’s Chesapeake Film Festival. The film tells the story of her father, Michael Naranjo, who lost his sight in Vietnam and went on to become an internationally acclaimed sculptor, creating and experiencing art through touch.
