Jair Devereaux

Jair is a finance executive with over 30 years of experience across audit, federal contracting, hospitality, distribution, and nonprofit finance, including work at Arthur Andersen. He currently serves in a CFO-level role at Building African American Minds, Inc. (BAAM), where he leads the finance opeations.

Alongside his executive work, Jair is a DJ and radio host, hosting Sunday Service on WHCP 90.7 FM (Sundays, 9–10 AM EST) and co-hosting The Session on WFHW 91.7 FM with Dre and Cameron McCoy, now in its third season. His programming draws from Afro House, Soulful House, Deep House, Acid House, and Techno House, with an approach built on intentional selection and clean transitions.

Jair is also the founder and creative director of JusJai2, a Prep-Luxe culture brand rooted in the Feel First philosophy — feel the music before you judge it, let the feeling arrive before the intellect engages. JusJai2's apparel lines, Crewcuts, Layered Vibes, and Deep Hoods, extend that same sensibility from the DJ booth into everyday wear.

Jair holds a BS and MS in Accounting and Information Technology from George Washington University.
