Bouys and Online Dashboard Keep Vigil on River Water Quality

A new online dashboard will let people check the health of three Chesapeake Bay rivers. Anglers and paddlers alike can now see water conditions in real time. Plus the dashboard could act as an early warning system for spills and harmful algae growth.
