C3 Chesapeake Cycling Club Hosts Several Community Events This Year

The Chesapeake Cycling Club is a regional bike club for exploring the roads of Talbot, Caroline, Queen Anne, Dorchester and surrounding areas. Rides start from various locations throughout the Eastern Shore, and benefit several organizations. WHCP's Ben Brunner chats with C3's president, Eric Griffioen.

Becoming A Waterman

Captain Fred Pomeroy started crabbing when he was 16 years old, and hasn't stopped since. A poet, teacher, builder and farmer by turns, he continues the lore and the legends of those who feel weather in their bones and fishing in their blood.Becoming a Waterman chronicles some six decades of life and lessons learned making a living with a boat on the Chesapeake Bay.
