Nicole's Promise
This holiday season, one special program in Talbot County is bringing joy and hope to children impacted by addiction. It’s called Nicole’s Promise — a collaboration between Grace Street, a recovery community organization in Easton, and the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office. The program helps children who’ve lost a parent — or whose parents are in recovery — experience a little extra Christmas magic.
