Scientists know that land is sinking around the Chesapeake Bay, and now, GPS technology reveals Dorchester and the middle shore is subsiding at the most rapid rate on the East Coast.
Jeremy Cox, a reporter for the Chesapeake Bay Journal, tells how scientists have measured the phenomenon know as "land subsidence" is combining with sea level rise to form a crisis for people living in communities near the water.
