Main Street Gallery

518 Poplar Street in Cambridge – the only artist owned and run Cooperative Galley on the Mid-Shore. For 15 years the Main Street Gallery has brought world class artists to the delightful intimate gallery. Main Street has an auxiliary galley – the “Little Free Art Gallery” adjacent to the entrance, where tiny works of art are provided for anyone to bring home and enjoy. “Take a piece, make a piece’ has been a tradition since 2017(?). The large exterior wall of Main Street Gallery is adorned with the stunning “Dorchester Women’s Mural” by celebrated Baltimore muralist Bridget Cimino, featuring 15 women whose contributions extended across the region, and nation at large.
