Laughter is the best medicine and it’s a great way to brighten up those cold winter days. Take a break for an hour and join us for a fun escape.

We’ll provide a welcoming and inclusive space to get curious and be playful. Using the principles of “Yes, And,” “There Are No Mistakes,” and “Got Your Back,” we’ll engage in activities to help you slow down, be present, and have fun.

We’re not trying to be funny…funny just happens! No pressure. No expectations. All you need to bring is yourself and a willingness to make stuff up.

As adults, we don’t have a lot of opportunities to play, so this will be a treat! Bring a friend and prepare to laugh, a lot!
